Start of the Siemens Mechatronic Systems Certification Program in Kentucky / USA

After over two years of planning, on Monday August 20, two colleges in the Kentucky Community and Technical College System (KCTCS), Owensboro Community and Technical College and West Kentucky Community and Technical College, had their first day of live instruction together with student groups as part of the Siemens Mechatronic Systems Certification Program (SMSCP).

In this beginning phase, the KCTCS colleges are offering the SMSCP to small pilot groups. Further expansion, both in terms of student numbers as well additional colleges in KCTCS are planned for next year.
