SMSCP Master Series: Teaching Automation Technology in Complex Systems, May 5-7, 2010
This year in April, we launched a special SMSCP Master Series course, which focuses on teaching automation technology in complex mechatronic systems.
While the course is very intensive and requires participants to deal with automation technology tools and principles on a very high level, it is first and foremost a didactic course, designed to help teachers identify and overcome a series of distinct teaching challenges covering progressively more difficult content.
The SMSCP Master Series was held for the first time on May 5-7 at Jefferson Community & Technical College in Lousiville, Kentucky. The Jefferson Community & Technical College did a great job in hosting this event and we want to thank especially Rick Hall and Amatrol who provided the mechatronic teaching system.
