Kentucky Community and Technical College System (KCTCS)
The Kentucky Community and Technical College Systems (KCTCS) is the umbrella organization for a number of SMSCP partner schools as well as the Preferred Provider for course-specific Instructor Certification training for the SMSCP in North America.
Since its creation in 1997, KCTCS has become the largest provider of postsecondary education and workforce training in the Commonwealth. In fact, for most Kentuckians, the journey to higher education begins here - at one of the 16 colleges located on 65 campuses across the state. KCTCS is making higher education more accessible, more relevant and more responsive to citizen, employer and community needs, with a goal of doubling its enrollment by the year 2020. KCTCS has more than 81,000 students enrolled in credit programs as of 2007.
Motlow State Community College

Motlow State Community College is one of thirteen community colleges governed by the Tennessee Board of Regents, the sixth largest system of higher education in the USA. The College is located in Lynchburg, Tennessee, USA, and was founded in 1969.
Today, the college offers high quality two-year associate degree programs and certificates in a variety of educational fields for a student body of about 5000 students. Students of all ages come to Motlow to improve and/or update their existing career skills and knowledge by completing a certificate program, or to complete a two-year program of study for the purpose of entering the workforce or transferring to a 4-year school to complete an undergraduate baccalaureate degree.

Lehigh Career & Technical Institute (LCTI)
Lehigh Career & Technical Institute (LCTI) was founded in 1971 and is one of the largest career and technical schools in Pennsylvania and the United States offering over 50 areas of skills training in a state-of-the-art facility. LCTI provides workforce and industry-relevant educational programs and industry credentials to high school students, adults, incumbent workers and business/industry. A fully blended learning approach integrates theory and extensive hands-on practical experience in state-of-the-art labs with supplemental online learning options.
LCTI is partnered with key community groups including the Lehigh Valley Workforce Investment Board, LVEDC, the Manufacturers Resource Center and is the training provider of choice for many companies in the region.

Piedmont Technical College
Piedmont Technical College (PTC) is part of the TechReadySC collaboration in upstate South Carolina. The college was established in 1966 and since then Piedmont Technical College has maintained a long-standing history as a successful public, comprehensive, two-year institution, meeting the needs of today’s students by constantly introducing new programs and updating facilities and equipment.
Today 5,600 students are enrolled at Piedmont Technical College. In the fall of 2008, PTC introduced a Mechatronics Technology program with 14 students and by the fall of 2009 the program has increased to 29 students. Piedmont Technical College is the first college in South Carolina to receive approval for the Associate Degree in Applied Science in Mechatronics Technology.
