Instructors

Instructors are certified by course and level. Instructor certifications do not have a built-in expiration date; they only expire when the program is significantly updated. Certified instructors, as part of the SMSCP network, are informed in advance of upcoming certification renewal needs. There are two levels of certified instructor:
Certified Instructor
Certified Instructor Trainer

A Certified Instructor has completed the Instructor Certification Program onsite at the Siemens Technik Akademie Berlin, comprising the general teaching and learning approach course as well as the course-specific curriculum.
A Certified Instructor Trainer is a Certified Instructor who has also participated in the development and delivery in an Instructor Certification Program.
