Learning Approach

The learning philosophy used in the Siemens Mechatronic Systems Certification Program is the same as the one used by the Siemens Technik Akademie Berlin. It combines system skills acquisition with system analysis training to create an entire systems picture. We call this teaching and learning method the "System Approach". The System Approach always keeps a real mechatronic system in focus, with the aim of instilling "Handlungskompetenz".
